For your firm
Is this the gap in your month-end?
Tell us which documents you chase, how many clients you manage and where your current checklist falls short. We’re testing whether a small monthly workspace is worth building.
Discuss your workflowOpens an editable email draft to sales@toposoftware.co.za. Send only what you choose; no client documents needed.
A checklist you can use in a spreadsheet, too
Use one row per client, month and required document. Keep receipt separate from review: a file can arrive without covering the right period. Record what needs replacing and why; start a fresh checklist each month.
What do the statuses mean?
- Missing
- No document received for that checklist item.
- Received · review needed
- A file arrived. Your staff still needs to check it.
- Replacement needed
- A reviewer returned the document with a reason.
- Accepted / not required this month
- Your firm accepted the item or recorded why it can be waived.
“Ready for bookkeeping” means every required item is accepted or waived. It does not certify the accounts or complete reconciliation.
Does the demo read or send documents?
No. Sample files and their months are predefined; there is no OCR, accounting integration, email delivery or secure client portal. All names and files are fictional. “Client view” demonstrates the workflow only.
Where are my changes saved?
In this browser’s local storage, not in an account. Reset demo restores the fictional starting data. Clearing site data removes your changes. Avoid private client details; use your existing secure document system for real work.
